I’ve tried everything to help with my tinnitus. Sound therapy has actually made it worse as I think the high pitch sounds I’m listening to are stimulating the damaged hair cells in my ear that was caused by an inner ear infection. However, I think I found a trigger point on the back side of my ear after watching this video. After massaging it for a couple seconds, the T is almost completely gone. It has been a solid 5 to 10 minutes now with this reduction. I will continue to use this technique and report back in a few days. I think this has also made me make sense of my tinnitus as it’s better or worse randomly after I go to bed. Perhaps due to the way I sleep causes some of these trigger points to be stimulated thus resulting in good days and bad days? I will do more self therapy and see what happens. Thank you!
