Many people want to skip the Healthy Brain Lifestyle course and get to the fancy solutions of Muscle Care or Auditory training. That’s understandable, but please take this course very seriously. For now, I’ll just say that it was found to be very effective for dementia. Dementia, especially Alzheimer’s, is one of the most pervasive and treatment-resistant degenerative neurological disorders in the world. 1 in 10 Americans 65 and older have Alzheimer’s dementia. (source), and one medication after another fails to provide any real improvement in the condition. 1 in 10, that’s about how common tinnitus is (source). They aren’t the same sets of people, but they are both neurological disorders that are hard to treat. Medications didn’t work, but some very careful and persistent researchers learned that addressing multiple health factors at once was able to reverse dementia in a number of people. Nothing is perfect, but the results were amazing. We applied the solution for dementia and found it to be very helpful in resolving tinnitus. We call it the Healthy Brain Lifestyle. It is difficult, but it is effective.
