  1. Fill out the Healthy Brain score questionnaire  (more information about it here.)
  2. Use the How to Use Your Healthy Brain Score handout to guide you to successful use of this program. This is a great little tool with a score card and a ‘Prioritize’ section so you know what to do first.
    1. Eating & Drinking – Return to Quality Food : A simple, clear chart to compare to your diet and a full program to give you the understanding that withstands the changing opinions of the nutrition “industry.”
      • Eating & Drinking score – This will take you to the individual section for Eating, Drinking, Breathing, and Supplements…without having to fill out the other sections.
    2. Cleanse – Whole-body cleansing: Do the Simple Cleanse or the comprehensive Central Valley Cleanse, or take pieces of both to meet your needs.
    3. Physical Fitness: How and When you Move your body powerfully affects your brain and body health
